Shipping InformationFree UPS Ground Shipping to the 48 US Continental States. Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping to APO/FPO address (just choose UPS Ground for the shipping method).
Return PolicyWe will accept and refund only unopened boxed products for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returned products. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please contact us at returns@maywespeak.com or call our toll-free number: 1-800-757-1365 pin 9420. Once you have an RMA, ship the product back to us. Please include all contents of the product package and a copy of your sales receipt. You will need to cover the cost of shipping. Please use a shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, which can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund check or credit your account (for credit card transactions) for the amount of your purchase -- less shipping, handling, and applicable tariffs and taxes -- or ship you a replacement copy of your software.
